First of all, I made the decision that something had to change. The business leaders I wanted to work with were unable to give me the time I needed to make real and lasting change and there was only a limited about of time each day that I had, to reach all of the managers that needed support. Then I went on a mission to find out what business leaders and managers really wanted and I found two issues:
